How long will my items take to arrive?
Your order will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery can take up to two or three working days depending on the postage service.
Will anyone be able to tell what the package contains?
No. All Durex condom orders from Condom SOS are dispatched in plain padded envelopes. There is nothing on the outside of the package to indicate the contents.

What are the Expiry dates on your condoms?
Condoms supplied by Condom SOS have a minimum of 3 years until expiry.
How are your products so cheap?
Condom SOS buys condom products in bulk. This allows us to sell Durex condoms in a range of quantities. This range of quantities also means our Durex condoms are not always supplied in a small box like you would find in a pharmacy or supermarket. Both of these factors and because we do not attract the costs a traditional bricks and mortar retailer does, means we save money and pass the savings on to you. In fact the lack of a cardboard box is the only difference between the Durex condoms we supply and the Durex condoms you would buy in a pharmacy or a supermarket. Except the price of course!
